Commercial and Industrial Roofing

RANZ Members have installed roofing and wall cladding on many of New Zealand's major commercial and industrial developments, bringing their expertise and knowledge to the fore in completing some of the country's largest and most complex buildings.

Experience counts for much in commercial/industrial roofing so whether your job is 10,000 s/m or as large as 40,000 s/m, in choosing a RANZ Member you have the assurance that they are experienced in large scale projects.  Members operate under the Association's Code of Conduct and comly wth all government Acts and regulations governing the building and construction industry which apply to roofing.  They have robust Health & Safety systems in place and most operate under the Construction Contracts Act.

Commercial contracts may extend over many months - and sometimes longer - and a RANZ roofing contractor will bring the benefits of understanding many aspects of a large construction project that must be addressed.  They are well informed about materials and systems and have a good knowledge of dealing with diffcult design details, site management, safety of workers and the logistics of making your commercial/industrial project a reality.

The majority of RANZ Members engaged in commercial roofing are pro-active in having NZQA qualified staff and are well informed about issues relating to large scale projects from compliance and regulatory requirements to working alongside some of the country's leading contractors.

RANZ members will also provide a five year workmanship warranty on completion of the contract.
